What's your workout?

In todays busy life we all need to remember what is important. Yeah.. your kids, husband, pets, house, job.. all that is very important.. but as a Mom you also need to remember that "YOU" are the most important thing because if you don't take care of yourself, you can't take care of all the other things in your life. It is time to take control of you, your health, your body and soul... and then you will be ready to take care of everything else in your life.

So, what kind of workout do you like to do?
Do you belong to a gym, or workout at home?
Does a friend join you?
Or how about your husband and kids?
How many minutes/hours a day/week do you set aside to workout?
Do you feel guilty for taking "You" time for your workouts?
What is your favorite body part?
What is the one part of your body you work the hardest on?
What motivates you?

I love to get to know others, and so take a moment and share some "YOU" stuff with me.

I am thinking about setting up an online Fitness Forum for my followers to join.. would you join? Would it help in keeping you motivated to have a forum to visit daily to log your workouts, chat with others, get tips and advice and support?

I love to run, I would do it every day if I could. I do feel guilty about my workouts, but I have a treadmill and I time them for when my daughter naps and son is at school. Happy Mommy is a Happy Family!

I love all the beachbody workouts LOL!! I just got Ten Minute Trainer! So we'll see how that goes.. Did you look into the SnapDragon drink?
